* Nature and Types of Products
MaisonSoléia offers crochet bags and accessories, handcrafted in France. The range is divided into two main categories:
- Ready-to-Sell Items: Finished, standardized products available in stock or manufactured in limited series.
- Customized or Made-to-Measure Items: Products manufactured specifically at the customer's request, according to their specifications (color, size, finish, etc.) via the Website's customization feature.
* Handcrafted nature and variations
The buyer is informed that as the products are entirely handmade in France, each creation is unique.
As a result, there may be slight variations in size, color, shade, or final appearance compared to the photographs presented on the Website. The customer acknowledges and accepts this particularity, which does not constitute a lack of conformity for handmade products.
Prices
*Price Display
The prices of products sold on the Website are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC).
*VAT Exemption
Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI), MaisonSoléia benefits from VAT exemption. Consequently, VAT is not applicable to the prices displayed and the words “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI” will appear on the invoices issued.
Payment Methods and Security
* Payment Methods
Payment for orders is made online and is secure. Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
* Payment Disputes
The customer agrees not to initiate any dispute or chargeback procedure that is not justified by a legitimate reason for non-receipt of the order or proven non-compliance. In the event of a complaint, the customer is required to contact MaisonSoléia first by email (contactbysoleia@gmail.com) in order to find an amicable solution. Any abuse of dispute procedures will be considered a violation of these T&Cs.
Delivery and lead times
* Carriers
The products offered for sale on the Website are currently only delivered to mainland France.
* Manufacturing lead time
MaisonSoléia offers the following delivery methods:
- Colissimo Domicile (delivery to the address specified by the customer).
- Mondial Relay Home (delivery to the address specified by the customer).
- Mondial Relay Pickup Point (collection from the pickup point chosen by the customer).
* Delivery times
The times below are in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of confirmation of payment for the order.
- Ready-to-Sell Items: The preparation and shipping time is 2 to 3 business days.
- Personalized/Custom Items: The manufacturing and shipping time is between 8 and 15 business days. This time varies depending on the volume of orders in progress and the availability of specific materials needed to produce the item.
* Shipping and Manufacturing Times
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time is that indicated by the chosen carrier. As a guide:
- Colissimo (La Poste): 48 hours (2 business days).
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days.
Important: The Seller declines all responsibility in the event that the carrier exceeds the estimated delivery times. Delivery times are those guaranteed by the carrier and are its sole responsibility. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer when they (or a third party designated by them) take physical possession of the products.
* Delivery costs
Delivery costs are payable by the customer and are calculated automatically when the order is confirmed.
The shipping cost is determined based on:
- The total weight of the order (indicative basis of approximately 500 grams per item).
- The delivery method (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) and the geographical area (mainland France).
Special offer: Delivery is free for all orders with a total value of €100 or more, including tax.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for Personalized or Custom-Made Items manufactured according to customer specifications, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or non-conformity.

Legal warranties
The Customer benefits from the Legal Warranty of Conformity provided for in Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the Warranty against Hidden Defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
The Seller is required to act within the framework of these legal warranties.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact the Seller by email (contactbysoleia@gmail.com) to attempt to find an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if no solution is found, the customer has the option of seeking the assistance of a consumer mediator free of charge.
If no amicable settlement can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts.
