Processing and Preparation Times

As stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale (Article 5.1), MaisonSoléia products are handmade artisanal creations.

The timescales below are in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation for the order.

- Ready-to-Sell Items: The preparation and shipping time is 2 to 3 business days.

- Customized/Made-to-Order Items: The manufacturing and shipping time is between 8 and 15 business days. This time varies depending on the volume of orders in progress and the availability of specific materials needed to make the item.

Delivery Methods and Rates

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time is that indicated by the chosen carrier. As a guide:

- Colissimo (La Poste): 48 hours (2 business days).

- Mondial Relay: 3 to 5 business days.

Important: The Seller declines all responsibility in the event that the carrier exceeds the estimated delivery times. Delivery times are those guaranteed by the carrier and are its sole responsibility. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the customer when they (or a third party designated by them) take physical possession of the products.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are payable by the customer and are calculated automatically when the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are determined based on:

- The total weight of the order (based on an approximate weight of 500 grams per item).

- The delivery method (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) and the geographical area (mainland France).

Special offer: Delivery is free for all orders with a total value of €100 or more, including tax.

Delivery Deadline

In accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, MaisonSoléia undertakes to deliver the products no later than thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract. This maximum legal period applies in cases of force majeure or exceptional carrier failure.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the delivery of your package directly on the carrier's website (Colissimo or Mondial Relay) using this number.

Delivery Address and Errors

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. MaisonSoléia cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery or inability to deliver due to an error in the delivery address provided by the Customer.

In the event of a return to sender due to an incomplete address or an unclaimed package (at a pickup point), the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
