Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund or exchange for any items ready for sale (non-personalized) for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. We will only cover these costs if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent) or if the product is defective.
Return Address
You must contact us in writing (via the store or at the email address contactbysoleia@gmail.com within 14 days. After reviewing and approving your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address. No packages returned to an unauthorized address will be processed.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In order for us to assess the problem and remedy it quickly, photographic evidence of the item and/or package will be required.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item (applies to ready-to-sell items only).
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
